4G with 2G fallback, Sentinela on board and Anatel certification.

Stable 4G connection (Cat 1), with efficient fallback to the 2G network when the carrier fails.
A dedicated A-GPS module. Fast, highly accurate positioning, even in a shadow area.
Software exclusive to Voxter: keeps the tracker under your control even after tampering.
Keeps reporting for a while after the main power supply is cut.
Repair in Brazil, with no long international paperwork. A 12-month warranty.
Works with single or multi-carrier Voxter SIM cards: Tim, Claro, Vivo and Algar on one SIM.
"J16" has become a generic name in the market.
There is hardware with the same casing coming in through irregular channels, with nobody standing behind it. Check these six points with any supplier, ours included.
With no invoice there is no warranty to claim, no tax credit, and the risk of an inspection is yours alone. CNPJ is the Brazilian company tax ID.
Every device that uses a cellular network has to be certified. Ask for the number and check it yourself in the Anatel system.
Without it, the tracker can be reconfigured and moved to another operation without your knowing.
A closed protocol locks your base into a single platform. The Voxter J16 runs on more than 13, with GT06 and its variants.
A warranty that requires shipping the device abroad is not, in practice, a warranty. Ask where the repair is done.
Ask which channel technical support uses and what hours it keeps before you buy. Finding that out during your first production incident is expensive.
Legally imported, certified (no. 00452-24-15524 in Anatel's Mosaico system), invoiced, with Sentinela on board, an open protocol, repair in Brazil and specialist support.
The same technology on board, three ways to install it.

Monitor and send commands even if someone swaps the SIM card or changes DNS and APN without your consent.
At least once a day it collects the tracker's information and runs whatever commands are queued.
It collects the device's information and lets you reset and lock the tracker from a distance.
Your operation does not need one supplier per device.
If the application calls for another model, Voxter has it too, the GV30 included, on request. Talk to a specialist about your operation's scenario.

Compact, water-resistant and easy to integrate. A good choice when the installation space is tight and the protection has to be higher.

Compact (65 × 35 × 15 mm), with an accelerometer and ignition detection. A built-in ceramic GPS antenna and accuracy under 5 metres.
The main difference is the installation. Original is the line's classic balance, hard-wired (9-90V, 300mAh battery). Easy is an OBD-II connector: it plugs into the vehicle's diagnostic port, with no wiring to splice. Mag is magnetic and portable, with a 5,000mAh battery of its own and no installation. All of them have an 8,000-position buffer and IP65 protection.
It is software exclusive to Voxter, on board every J16 from January 2025 onwards and reached through the LARA portal. It lets you monitor and send commands even if someone swaps the SIM card or changes DNS and APN without your consent, and it also collects information and lets you reset and lock the device.
Yes. The Voxter J16 Original tracker is certified by Anatel, the Brazilian telecom regulator, under number 00452-24-15524. You can check it directly in Anatel's Mosaico system.
Yes. The J16 is ready to take a relay to perform the immobilizing function. The relay is bought separately.
Fallback is a secondary path, used when the main network fails: the J16 connects on 4G first, but looks for the 2G network if that fails, so the vehicle is never left without communication. The 2G network is being progressively switched off in Brazil; it is worth favouring 4G hardware from now on.
Voxter gives a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the purchase date. If service is needed, the repair is done in Brazil, with no long international paperwork.
