Solutions forTracking Companies

The technology behind the companies that track vehicles

Platform, SIMs and hardware under your own brand.

Whether you already run a tracking company and are looking for a better supplier, or you are ready to build one from scratch, the difference is who stands behind the counter when a tracker stops responding at three in the morning.

Four pieces. One supplier.

A tracking company needs four things to operate. Voxter supplies all four, separately or as a package, always under your company name and identity, never ours.

2G is going dark; and it takes your base with it

The 2G and 3G shutdown is run by the carriers themselves, gradually and region by region. In practice it does not arrive as a notice: it arrives as a tracker that works in the customer neighbourhood and goes silent along the route, because the tower in that area has already migrated.

The way out is not just swapping the SIM. It means moving up to networks built for IoT, such as LTE-M and NB-IoT; and, before that, seeing which devices in your base are already struggling, so you can prioritise the swap before the customer notices.

Everything a tracking company needs, in one place

Five fronts, a single supplier. No mandatory bundle.

Each front is sold separately. You can subscribe to the Platform alone and keep the hardware you already have, buy only the M2M SIMs to fix connectivity, or put the whole package together. There is no mandatory bundle.

Changing supplier without wiping the map your customer sees

Migration guided by a specialist, not by a tutorial.

01

Base assessment

A specialist maps how many vehicles, which hardware and what network technology your company runs today.

02

A plan built for you

You decide what moves first: usually the part of the base at risk of losing signal, not the whole base at once.

03

Assisted import

Customers and vehicles enter the Platform with support, without leaving your end customer untracked during the switch.

04

Running it on your own

You manage your own connectivity through Portal LARA, with 24h human support by phone, WhatsApp and tickets.

A tracking company talking about its own operation

More than ten years in the market, one of the largest operations in Teresina and a Voxter customer since 2018, the year Voxter was founded. Alfa buys M2M SIMs and hardware straight from Voxter to keep the operation online.

Questions from whoever already runs one

What comes up before changing supplier.

Yes. The migration is guided by a specialist, who helps import your vehicle and customer base into the Voxter Platform; without leaving your end customer untracked during the switch. The plan decides what moves first, usually the part of the base at risk of losing signal.

No. You can use the Platform alone with the hardware you already have, the M2M SIMs alone, or the full package. Each front is sold separately, whichever way makes sense for your operation today.

No. Voxter is a technology supplier, not a franchisor; no royalties, no joining fee and no limit on territory or revenue. The brand your end customer sees is yours.

The 2G and 3G shutdown is gradual, run by the carriers region by region, with completion expected by 2028 according to Anatel. In practice, dead zones show up well before that. The advice is to identify which devices in your base are already unstable and prioritise replacing them with 4G models; the J16 line has models with 2G fallback, which softens the transition.

It is a SIM that is not tied to a single carrier: it connects to whichever network is available where the vehicle is. For a tracking company, that cuts the volume of “tracker offline” tickets, which is the problem that eats the most technical team time and does the most damage to the brand in front of the end customer.

Yours. The Branded App is published in the stores with your company name, icon and colours. The same goes for the Platform: your end customer never sees the Voxter brand at any point.
