You start small and scale with demand. There is currently no minimum quantity for buying trackers. For M2M SIMs, the minimum is 10 units per order. On the platform, the minimum is 30 seats. Branding the app with your identity works in two stages: an initial setup (publishing to the stores under your identity) and a subscription that keeps the app live. The figures depend on the model chosen and the volume; a specialist puts a closed proposal together with you.

That is your call. As a market reference, tracking companies in Brazil usually charge a joining fee between R$ 250 and R$ 400 (which covers the hardware and the installation) and a monthly fee between R$ 39.90 and R$ 59.90 per vehicle, which is the recurring revenue of the operation. These are market figures only, not a Voxter price list.

An M2M SIM (Machine to Machine) is made for machines talking to machines, not people. It has national roaming, automatic network switching between carriers and a private APN: if one carrier network drops in the area, the tracker moves to another on its own and keeps sending its position. A regular phone SIM does none of that, and it undermines the reliability of the service you sell.

No. The platform integrates natively with payment providers such as Banco Asaas, Mercado Pago and Inter, among others: it issues invoices and Pix, settles automatically when the customer pays and blocks access on default. You do not have to chase payments by hand or buy another system.

It matters a great deal. Every Voxter tracker is Anatel certified, with up to 12 months warranty, an invoice and technical support in Brazil. Operating uncertified hardware creates legal risk for your company and for your customer, and it is a problem that surfaces exactly when you already have a base installed.

That is where Sentinela comes in, exclusive to Voxter: it blocks SIM, APN and DNS swaps, prevents the physical reset of the device and carries anti tamper protection. It shields the hardware against the technical sabotage an experienced thief would try.

A registered company (CNPJ) is the natural route for anyone operating in a structured way: it is what lets you issue invoices, sign contracts and grow. But it is not a barrier to the first step: if you are just starting out, Voxter also sells to individuals (CPF), on signing a use and purpose agreement.
